Terms of service.

1. The service

CV Reformat AI is provided by Agent Integration Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 9 Nelson Street, Southend On Sea, SS1 1EF.

The service allows recruitment agencies and employers to upload candidate CVs and produce reformatted, agency-branded versions in PDF and Word format. Use of the service is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must register for an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information at registration. You must not create accounts for others without their permission, share your credentials, or permit unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a business to use the service. CV Reformat AI is a B2B tool and is not intended for personal use.

3. Credits and payments

The service operates on a credit basis. One credit is consumed for each CV reformat, regardless of file size or output length. Credits are purchased in advance and credited to your account immediately upon confirmed payment.

Credits do not expire and have no fixed redemption period.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Credits are shared across team members on Growth and Scale plans and are not transferable between separate accounts.

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

If a processing error occurs that consumes a credit without producing a valid output, we will refund the credit upon request to support@cvreformat.ai.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

Upload CVs for which you do not have lawful authority to process under applicable data protection law

Use the service to process data in a way that discriminates unlawfully against candidates

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service by automated means

Upload malicious files or content intended to disrupt the service

Resell or sub-license access to the service without our written consent

5. Intellectual property

The CV Reformat AI service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Agent Integration Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service.

The reformatted CV outputs you produce using your own agency template are yours. We claim no ownership over documents generated using your branding assets. You retain all rights to the CVs you upload and the outputs you generate.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out planned maintenance with reasonable notice and may suspend access in cases of security risk or abuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Integration Ltd's liability is limited to the total value of credits purchased by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
